Dana Horton, owner and designer of Awesome Blossoms has over 20 years of experience in the floral industry. Her natural talent in designing began while attending San Antonio Art Institute and apprenticing at a Floral Design School at an early age . Upon receiving a Bachelor's Degree from CSU Fresno in 1990 in Plant Science, she was hired to manage the Floral Lab program for the CSUF Ag Foundation which led her to a successful career in floral design. She was also an instructor for the Plant Science Department teaching Floral Design classes and laboratories to future teachers and young entrepreneurs. She can also be credited with the success and excellent reputation of these classes and programs from their onset. She had definitely carved out a niche for herself while at CSU Fresno and was sought after to design more weddings and events than ever before.

After creating a successful program at CSU Fresno, in 2003 she broadened her horizons by establishing Awesome Blossoms, custom floral for weddings and events. By devoting her utmost attention to specializing in Weddings and Corporate events a whole new clientele was developed. Awesome Blossoms creates custom floral individual to the clients specific desires. With an endless array of portfolios to showcase her actual work and testimonials from happy clients and referrals from many prominent vendors in the industry, clients can rest assured that Dana and Awesome Blossoms is the only choice for them.

Awesome Blossoms looks forward to being an integral part of the community by maintaining its great reputation and outstanding ability to work with the top vendors and venues in the Central Valley. Also a member of the Central Valley Bridal Association , participating in local wedding and fashion shows.
